Robin P. Singleton

Robin is a part-time Office Assistant for LifeWorks in Morganton NC.

A graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, she has earned an A.S. with Honors in Paralegal Technology in 1998 as well as an A.S. in Human Services in 2009. 

An active member of her community, since 2009 she has served on the General Board of Directors for the House of Refuge Ministries, Inc., a men’s emergency homeless shelter in Morganton, where she currently serves as Secretary.

She is a staunch advocate for persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, as well as the homeless, hungry, and hopeless population within her community.

She has previously worked with Medical records and HIPAA Compliance at a medical specialty office and endoscopy facility; as a Paralegal and research assistant at a law office; and as an Administrative Assistant and international purchasing & global logistics coordinator for a manufacturing facility.

In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, her grandkids, church activities, music, reading, writing, research, and animals.
