Randy Withers, MA, NCC, LPC, LCAS

Randy Withers earned masters degrees in Education from Florida State University and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. He specializes in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, and is also a full time substance abuse counselor at Broughton Hospital. He is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and twelve-step facilitation models. He sees teens, adults, and couples for a variety of issues, from anxiety to trauma.

Originally from Florida, Randy is a former teacher, college counselor, and academic dean. In addition, Randy has written for a number of publications online and is the Managing Editor of Blunt Therapy, a blog about mental health.
